Great site! I ordered a dress, thinking it MIGHT be suitable for a wedding I'm attending next month. I was very impressed that it arrived five days after I ordered it. Which is saying something, because I live in Australia. The dress is very well-made, and the fabric is gorgeous. Very high quality clothing!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Absolutely terrible customer services. Missed the 14 day return window by one day so was unable to return the dress. Emailed customer services explaining the situation to be told they wouldn’t accept return. I then asked if I could exchange the dress as it didn’t fit - again to be told no. So I have a dress that doesn’t fit, that cost £150! Absolutely awful! The dress is still selling for full price so I don’t see the issue in exchanging it? Not environmentally friendly either - considering it’s an absolute waste!
Will never use this company again and hope whoever reads these reviews avoids like the plague!!
Wish I read the reviews first, looks like if I even did manage to return the dress they’d have refused a refund by making up some excuse.

Ordered multiple dresses, all were excellent quality, arrived in great time and were true to size! Didn’t give 4 stars due to €20 delivery fee and only 14 days to return! Would recommend overall if you were only ordering 1 dress, as returning is under a time crunch. If return was increased to 30 days it would be a 5 star!

I returned an item on the 15th of December and have only received my refund today. I constantly was contacting the company every couple of days via email asking them where my parcel was, however i got little replies and when I did get a reply I was told the parcel had not been returned yet.

I then contacted the company on instagram were a really helpful costumer service assistant called Hannah, looked into this further for me, responded quickly, and managed to get my refund back to me within a few days. Thank you to Hannah.

This company was the worst in customer service and integrity. I ordered what would have been my wedding dress and they delivered it in no time, however, when the dress wasn’t suitable I posted it off immediately for an exchange and refund but they never came through. I lost nearly $300 AUD and after many emails and complaints to them and promises to me that they would get it sorted they never did, so I never got my refund despite the fact the dress was delivered back to their warehouse and there were no issues with the condition the dress was in.

This is a big fat joke I’ve waited five months. This is the last time I’m making a complaint before I go to fair trading Australia.

Please please please do not shop from this site. They are horrendous. I have emailed 6 times for my refund as they have only partially refunded my items. Each response asks me the same thing over and over again.

I am an experienced online shopper and have never ever had the trouble I've had with this company.

Honestly not worth the hassle. Please shop elsewhere.

I returned 4 dresses on 11/12/2022. They gave me a refund for 2 dresses and a credit note for the other 2 eventhough they were all returned at the same time, in the same parcel.

I have contacted the customer service team on multiple occasions and received an automatic reply to say that they were taking a little longer to reply. I finally got a response on the 18th January to say that they are processing the refund and I am still waiting.

The dresses are nice quality however, the customer service team are terrible!

I understand there are on-going strikes and a lot of demand over the Christmas period however, waiting for a refund of £80 for nearly 2 months is ridiculous.

I have ordered a few dresses from here before and the dresses are beautiful. I was going to a black tie function and I ordered a few to chose from. I kept one dress and sent the rest back. My refund was put back into my account within 3 days. So fast and efficient. I would recommend using this website. Unfortunately I had a fault in my dress so I wrote to them explaining. They were very quick in responding and the service was great. I cannot fault it.

They deliver next day which is great, the designs are really nice but the dresses are middling quality. Some of them feel good, some of them feel too cheap for the price you pay. It’s a bit of a lottery, but overall they are pretty good.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam your refunds if you look at the ammount of people on instagram and on these 1 star reviews that have also been awaiting refunds. The customer service is horrendous they just ignore you and not one bit interested in helping. Still waiting refund from December its not February!

you have received my parcel that I sent back to you, I sent back all four dresses that I received as none of them fitted and you are telling me that I still owe £90 for a dress that was sent back to you. I have tried to rectify this information with your team through facebook but no one is responding to me. how can you expect me to pay for a dress through Klarna that I have sent back to you and do not have? Please look into this. Thank you!

They SCAM you on the returns. I sent my return back in new condition, paid $20 to send it back. I tried on right after the shower, no makeup no deodorant nothing. They’re saying my return came back with stains and smelling like perfume. I don’t even own perfume!! And they said I need to pay an additional shipping fee to return the item back to me or they’ll discard it?! Don’t order from this place unless you plan on keeping their cheap clothes

I was a bit worried about buying from here as there are some negative reviews but I was chuffed to bits. Ordered the pink crossover halter neck maxi dress. The material is good quality for the price. Not thin and shiny but thicker with a gentle sheen. Really good quality fastening ans came super quick, nicely packaged. I emailed customer services before to query the bad reviews and they were responsive and helpful.

My dress was dispatched that night I ordered it (it was late at night too) and it arrived the next day. The dress looks exactly like the picture and it’s for my best friends wedding and we’re both delighted!

Web site good, great delivery time, came before expected. Order muliple dresses for prom, could have kept all except one which wasnt right for the occasion. Pleased with fit, style and quality. Will def be ordering from this site again.
